Sustainable business practices-
• GPI uses waste cotton rags as primary source of raw material.
• All the colors used to dye the paper are soy based that are completely water soluble.
• GPI recyclyes all of its water
• GPI also has a ground recharge plant by which it collects rain water and spreads it out back to the ground.
• GPI uses paper packaging
• GPI adopts a zero waste model by which everything all wastage is recycled. Organic fertilizers, and Bricks are made out of other waste.

Tree Plantation
GPI does not use Trees to make its Papers. But as a part of our responsibility towards the environment, it plants over 2000 trees annually. Since 2011, GPI has planted over 25000 trees. Every year GPI organizes a plantation day where all of its producers and the local community participates to plant trees for a greener future. The number of trees to be planted every year is calculated on the basis of volume of export for the previous financial year.
